Hammer mill museum

To the north, just outside of the centre, is the Mosdorfer hammer mill museum. The owners of this hammer-smith have remained loyal to their trade for over 400 years. According to historical tradition, the first indications of the hammer business above Weiz market date back to the early 15th century. The museum contains various exhibits such as sickles and blades and offers insight into weapons production in Styria in the past.
