Where is a good place to go on a sunny day? To the Weiz open-air pool of course, with its fantastic setting! A giant slide and current channel are highlights of this pool, heated by solar power. All around the pool is a well-tended sunbathing area for topping up on the sun’s rays and the adjacent games area is perfect for games like volleyball, beach volleyball, football, table tennis, badminton and carousel. The pool restaurant and refreshments bar provide guests with food and drink.

St. Ruprecht family water park
This carefully designed family water park is the ideal place to unwind. The large pool with a 40 m slide, various well-being offers and a kids’ area with a 2-level play pool and baby slide is well worth a visit. Your little ones can splash about here while you enjoy refreshments from the buffet or relax at the parasol bar by the river.
A session at the oldest river baths in Styria is romantic and the waters of the Raab are stored here. The spacious sunbathing area with its old trees is recommended. The beach volleyball ground and table tennis tables are just some examples of the activities on offer for families at the St. Ruprecht water park.

Siniwelt - bathing and leisure park in Sinabelkirchen
‘Siniwelt’ opened its doors in July 2004. The bathing lake is fed by groundwater and therefore has no added chemicals. In addition to the excellent water quality and spacious outside area for sporting activities, guests can enjoy the following: the lake restaurant with a terrace, the small football pitch, beach bar, sand and shingle beach, slide, bowling alleys, ice rink in Winter, mother & child area with baby pools, a beach volleyball area, a wheelchair ramp to the lake, table tennis, changing cubicles and a sanitary facilities.
Well welt Kumberg lake

The Kumberg bathing lake has been in existence for over 25 years. The lake and the diverse range of offers nearby have made ‘Well Welt Kumberg’ one of the most popular local recreation areas. With its large area of 175x105 metres, it is of a suitable size for children and young people to play and splash around as well as being ideal for kick-starting the circulation by swimming some rounds of the extensive pool. Stairs, bridges, slides and a diving board offer additional ways of entering the water!
The sunbathing area directly by the lake offers sunny spots as well as shady areas under the trees. The so-called central bridge is only accessible by water and is a popular destination with sun-worshippers in Summer. Pedal boats can also be hired for different lengths of time at a great price.
Alongside the lake, there are plenty of great offers for young children. A self-contained pool with specially prepared water of various depths and small slides provides children with an ideal place to splash around and play.
Stubenbergsee lake

The water surface of the Stubenbergsee lake in its spectacular setting covers some 40 ha. 15 ha of green space and sunbathing areas surround the lake. Guests can expect to find warmth, a family-friendly atmosphere and plenty of fun here. Pure sporting experiences: bathing, swimming, surfing, sailing, tennis, tandem paragliding sessions, beach volleyball, walking and jogging. The Stubenbergsee lake guarantees an unforgettable holiday experience for children and young people. The bathing and swimming area contains family-friendly facilities and a campsite. The area around Austria’s warmest bathing lake includes plenty of green spaces for sunbathing and play.

Boat trips are free to day passengers with a valid lake ticket as well as for children (6-15 years) and disabled passengers!

Teichalmsee lake

The Teichalmsee is based at 1,200 m above sea level and comprises a surface of 5 ha. It makes for a fantastic excursion in Summer or Winter. In Summer, you can put your fitness to the test with a pedal boat trip on the mountain lake while ice skating, curling and ice walking are available in Winter.

The Passail-Edelsee leisure centre is centrally located in the Almenland region and offers plenty of leisure activities alongside the bathing lake with its drinking water quality: the 18-hole Almenland golf course, 4 outdoor and 3 indoor tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a 7-lane curling hall and a skater park.
